Family Therapeutic Services
Working with families is a journey we walk together. My approach offers a steady, compassionate space to explore identity, belonging, communication, and the often-unspoken emotional currents that move through relationships across the lifespan. Integrating relational therapy, the creative process, and somatic awareness, I help families find language for their stories, strengthen connection, and move toward greater clarity, ease, and resilience.
I hold multiple perspectives—even when all members are not in the room—because ancestral, relational, and DNA-related influences are always present. This includes attention to intergenerational narratives, attachment patterns, and the complex layers that shape each person’s experience.
As an adoptee, I bring deep respect for the layered realities of the adoption triad—adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive parents—as well as the many others who form a family constellation. Whether you are navigating transitions, grief, systemic challenges, or a desire for deeper connection, we move thoughtfully at the pace that feels right for you.
No two families are the same; each member carries their own history, hopes, fears, and dreams. I look forward to learning about yours, supporting your evolving needs, and honoring the milestones and growth that emerge along the way.

Our Four-Legged, Finned & Furry Family Members
Animals are often central members of our families. They accompany us through change, offer grounding presence, and teach us the quiet language of unconditional companionship. I welcome and honor the deep love many individuals and families hold for their pets—including the grief that comes when we lose them.
Growing up with a beloved pup named Princess, and sharing life with many dogs since, I understand firsthand how meaningful these bonds can be. In my work, I also recognize the therapeutic role animals can play—offering connection, comfort, and confidence, and sometimes acting as a bridge between internal experience and the outside world.
Whether celebrating the joy they bring or supporting the heartbreak of letting go, I consider animals an integral part of the family system and the healing journey we walk together.
