Upcoming Events
The following are events that I lead, present, or help coordinate. While there are times when independent work and solitude are essential, there are also moments when we are called to come together—to learn, express, evolve, and grow in relationship. We each carry unique gifts, and when we share them, we broaden the landscape of the human experience. I am deeply grateful for my community, as well as for those I have yet to meet but with whom I sense a shared attunement. I hope you are able to join one or more of these offerings, and I also welcome learning about what you are creating and contributing in the world. I am continually interested in expanding community through the exchange of experience, knowledge, curiosity, and care.

New Dates To Be Announced Soon
I am an alchemist at heart, integrating creative expression into everything I do. I have been making art since childhood, guided by a deep curiosity about transformation, material, and meaning.
I earned my Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture in 1996 from the University of Colorado, where I grew up, and completed my Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, in 2006. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board-Certified Art Therapist.
I have worked in education for over twenty years and in mental health for more than seventeen years, specializing in family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and the adoption triad. Throughout my career, I have served as Adjunct Faculty at both the University of Colorado Boulder and Naropa University, teaching courses in Fine Arts, Art Therapy, and Multicultural Diversity.
I also worked for over five years at a Children’s Hospital where I brought clinical expertise and a deep passion for art therapy to children, adolescents, and families across multiple levels of acute psychiatric care.
As a multi-media sculptor, I work with found objects, woodworking techniques, painting, and photography. My work explores the relationship between art and environment, challenges cultural norms, and creates spaces of reflection, grounding, and comfort. I have exhibited my work nationally and internationally and have completed permanent corporate and architectural installations.
I combine my clinical and creative expertise to create a space where we focus on the path of self-care with deepening our understand of the importance our own wellbeing in the work we do with others.

NEW DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON
For over a decade, I have been deepening my relationship with the healing vibration of the sacred, allowing it to move through me and take physical form through art and community. Harmonic Coven is a series of small, intimate gatherings where participants are invited to experience this practice as it unfolds in relationship. These gatherings offer a shared space for presence, creative expression, attunement, and transformation—where the sacred is not abstract, but embodied, made visible, and felt through collective making and connection.
